Did we mention a beautiful pebble beach just at a few steps distance? The lobby bar terrace is clad with special reflective tinted glass to mirror the horizon, while the beach can be seen by looking up to the ceiling!
The large glass front between the bar and the terrace opens fully, creating a wonderful space that unites the indoors and outdoors. All common areas in the hotel have were named after well-known Split landmarks.
On the roof terrace, featuring the pool, you can enjoy a magical view of the sea and five islands. The top terrace is particularly magical at night when energy-saving and colour-changing LED lighting creates a unique ambience.
Built on sustainability principles, Hotel Split has gained international recognition for its design, which includes being named the most beautiful new building in Croatia by the London Society of Architects in 2012.
The hotel architects Neno Kezić and Srđan Lukšić of the architectural office Arhipolis, Split created an authentic and contemporary contribution to Split’s modern architectural tradition rooted in the rich local culture and warmth.

In 2021 the interior of the hotel was further elevated by the renowned designer Lea Aviani, a native of Split. Influenced by Mediterranean lifestyle, her work successfully unites tradition with innovation with a flair of expression and emotionality.
